The New York Rapper now faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 47 years with the possibility of reductions for cooperation but according to The Washington Post, he could face a life sentence.

Hernandez reportedly admitted to criminal acts including robbery, selling a kilogram of heroin as well as ordering the shooting of a rival gang member.

He told the court last month:

“At all times I knew that these actions were wrong and in violation of the law. I apologize to the court, to anyone who was hurt, to my family, friends, and fans for what I have done and who I have let down.”

In November 2018, the rapper was taken into custody alongside his associate, 36-year-old Kifano “Tr3yway Shotti” Jordan as well as 8 other alleged members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. The charges related to racketeering dating back to 2013.
