Yas Marina Mega Yacht Brunch & After-Party 2019 – 728×90
DJ Factory 728 x 90

A 3 day festival at W Dubai – The Palm has been announced for October 2019. The festival, titled Wake Up Call, will be headlined by Rita Ora. A DJ set by the dance music duo, Disclosure as well as Australian house music group RÜFÜS DU SOL, Nightmares on Wax, Bob Moises and more.

The festival will take place from Thursday 10th October to Saturday 12th October.

Marriott Bonvoy members will be able to gain access to the festival, which aims to ‘take the festival experience off the fields and onto fabulous hotel ground’.

Room key and ticket holders can explore the hotel to find performances on the main stage as well as the WET Deck.

Performances at WAKE UP CALL

Right now, we are not sure as to whether all artists will be performing on the same day, or whether each will headline a different day of the festival.

However, the full schedule and line-up will be revealed soon.

The festival is set to be more intimate than a typical festival environment and the line-up will include a mix of big name and upcoming talent.

We are quite excited to see who will be added to the bill.

WAKE UP CALL will also be linking up with the celebrity chef-led restaurants Torno Subito and Akira Back, and there will also be a brunch spread to hungry festival dancers.

For the health-conscious, there will also be an opportunity to DETOX RETOX REPEAT with fitness classes throughout the weekend, too. So you don’t have to feel to guilty!

Speaking about the festival, Anthony Ingham, Global Brand Leader, W Hotels Worldwide, said: “Festival goers don’t necessarily want to sleep in a field, line-up for a portable toilet or sample the standard festival fast food. Our guests want all the playful luxuries of a W Hotel stay whilst they enjoy incredible artists and an authentic festival vibe. WAKE UP CALL offers just that.”

Bob Moses, Mercer, Nightmares on Wax and Roosevelt will also be hitting the decks, but we still await the full lineup.
