If you’re in the mood for a bit of nostalgia this November then head to Dubai Opera as they pay homage to one the UK’s most popular clubs.
Following 2 sold-out shows last year, Haçienda Classiçal is making its way back to Dubai for a special performance.
The one-off performance will be taking place on Friday 29th November at Dubai Opera and pays homage to the iconic club that was an integral part in the rise of UK dance music culture,
The Haçienda was Manchester’s dance music cathedral in the late 80’s to 90’s. The club was influential in the rise of the acid house and rave movements in the region and played host to a who’s who of DJ’s during that era.
Graeme Park, one of the club’s original pioneers, will be reinterpreting and performing house and club classics together with the Manchester Camerata Orchestra.
Judging by previous shows, some of the big hits to look forward to are Voodoo Ray, Pacific State, Ride on Time as well as You’ve Got The Love, all accompanied by their full live orchestra.
We’ve also heard a rumour there will be a few special guests that will be performing!
