Dubai celebrates the anniversary of Prophet Muhammad’s birthday on Monday November 19 by observing a dry night.
The Deets on Dry
Hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs will stop serving alcoholic beverages this Monday and Tuesday. They will also cease live entertainment from 5pm Monday evening the 19th until 6pm on Tuesday the 20th. The announcement was made by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce earlier.
Other Emirates may be observing the anniversary differently.
Since you can’t go out and enjoy the town, it might be a good idea to stay in and have a nice Netflix and chill.
