The Fridge is the driving impetus behind a lot of the local music scene, and they're being pro-active once again by launching their Acoustic Songwriter's Showcase to help strengthen the local music scene.
Alongside noted musician Harrison Rice, the showcase will allow established and emerging musos to showcase their work, build connections and foster collaborations. The showcase starts at The Fridge on Wednesday January 11, and will continue on Wednesday February 8. And there are just three rules according to organisers: work must be acoustic and original, no more than 2 people can perform per set and it's got to be good!
