If ever you needed a laugh, it's the week after New Year's Eve when you've just recovered from the tsunami that ripped through your wallet on that night, and the 2 (maybe 3) day hangover is just starting to subside.
Which is where the McGettigan's second annual comedy festival comes in. Jason Byrne will be joined by 4 other Irish comics (including Joe Rooney, who played the role of Father Damo in Father Ted) for a 2 day ROFL extravaganza. And the best bit? Tickets are just Dhs50 for both days, Thursday January 5 and Friday January 6. Doors open at 8pm, and the show starts at 9pm. |
