As determined local music supporters, The Fridge - a music, DJ and artistic agency - has done more than most to push the scene forward. And they've now launched a new weekly Friday night at Wafi Rooftop, showcasing the best bands in the region, combined with Wafi's open air setting, as well as the plethora of bean bags to lounge about on. Not that you'll be doing much lounging when the bands are playing, as Colombian songstress Fatiniza (pictured) plays with her band on Friday November 4, while the Bluelight Collective do their improv jazz thing the week after. Entry is free, the music kicks off from 7.30pm, and DJ Chris Rayner will be on hand between the sets.
