After relocating from UK clubbing hot spot Leeds to Dubai, Mark Boyes has quickly established himself with sets at Chi and Nasimi playing his upfront brand of funky house music.
One thing you might not know about me is... I am actually quite shy. My worst ever job was... When I was 14, I used to have a paper round before school and wash dishes at a restaurant after school so I had enough money buy vinyl! My favourite ever record is... The original 12'' promo copy of David Morales 'Needin U,'Big Boss Anthem remix. I spend all my money on... Steaks, red wine and on Hugo boss T-shirts. I'm really proud of... My home country England, call me patriotic.
My external hard drive! My biggest DJ achievement to date is.... Playing alongside Roger Sanchez at Club Mission in Leeds, England, 2009. If you could DJ in any decade which would it be... Definitely the 90s. Where music came on vinyl, there were no CD decks and house music was funky! My biggest DJ skill is... Being able to read the crowd. I'm not a politician but...
