The 80s vibe continues apace in Dubai after news reached us that Roxette — them of the dodgy perms and beefy guitar licks — have been confirmed to play a show at the Trade Centre on Friday May 20. And just two days after the 'Joyride' band play, Joe Cocker (an original Woodstock performer, and the man behind 'You Can Leave Your Hat On') brings his whisky-soaked vocals to Al Badia Golf Course on Sunday May 22. Tickets have yet to go on sale for Roxette, but entry to Joe Cocker is Dhs300 from timeouttickets.com.
