Organisers of Sweden’s Secret Island Nation (SIN) festival have announced that they’ll be limiting the amount of tickets they sell for next year’s event to both protect the island’s unspoilt natural beauty and the essence of the experience itself. “We are restricting the amount of tickets we’re selling to 500 only,” SIN founder Bjorn Wurmbach confirmed, “This way we’ll be able to maintain the level of intense intimacy and familiarity which means we always have a super-friendly vibe.” Though the usually deserted, treeless, rocky island is big enough to go swimming in total privacy, Secret Island’s central focus remains its party, a three day non-stop mainly underground techno style rave located on a grassy knoll close to the island’s best beach.
